(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism public relations agency services.– Strategic communications:– Develop and implement an annual public relations and communications strategy aligned with the destination's overall marketing plan.– Identify seasonal storytelling opportunities, editorial themes and promotional priorities.– Public relations and earned media:– Develop and execute proactive media relations campaigns.– Build and maintain relationships with travel media and content creators.– Prepare press releases, media alerts, story pitches and press kits.– Influencer and travel writer relations:– Identify and recruit qualified influencers and travel writers aligned with campaign objectives.– Coordinate itineraries, logistics, contracts and content expectations.– Website and content management:– Recommend website functionality updates and new pages as needed; assist in implementing recommendations.– Write and publish blogs.– Coordinate SEO and AEO–friendly content development.– Photography and videography:– Evaluate existing asset library.– Recommend new photography or video production when necessary.– Coordinate production schedules, if needed; manage photographers, videographers, talent releases and asset delivery.– Creative services and production:– Design digital and print advertisements.– Update existing visitor guides and collateral as needed.– Create promotional materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
