Moving Services Delta Health Collaborative

The Mississippi Delta Health Collaborative (MDHC) is soliciting quotes for moving services to manage generated items and supplies from the Leflore County Health Department, 2600 Browning Rd. Greenwood, MS 38930. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a service contract with a qualified vendor who can provide safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly moving and removal services. The selected vendor must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of moving management regulations. The award shall be made to the vendor submitting the lowest-priced responsive and responsible quote unless a written justification is provided as to why the lowest-priced response did not meet the Agency’s needs. The vendor agrees that the submission of a signed quote is certification that the vendor will accept an award made to it as a result of the submission.
