(1) Vendor needs to provide rebranding project services.– Design and branding firms to develop a unified brand identity system for the County. – Brand perception research, including community engagement, with a detailed summary of findings.– Review of existing County materials and current brand inconsistencies. – Written summary to inform the brand direction. – County primary logo and complete logo system including: – Alternate layout versions (horizontal and stacked). – Simplified icon or mark version for small–scale applications. – Single–color versions (white, black, primary). – Colour Palette:– Primary colour palette.– Secondary colour palette.
