Description

Відповідно до пункту 28 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель, затверджених постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 (зі змінами), визначення очікуваної вартості безпосередньо в оголошенні закупівлі та подання тендерних пропозицій учасників здійснюється без урахування ПДВ. Укладання договору за результатами аукціону здійснюватиметься з урахуванням податкового статусу переможця в межах загального ліміту проєкту.
