(1) Vendor needs to provide art consultant services.– Project to ensure that the design adequately reflects the needs and preferences of the surrounding community.– Community engagement is a core component of the reconnecting communities project.– Artwork concepts may be integrated into or applied to a variety of bridge elements, including but not limited to:• Metalwork, laser–cut panels, sculptural elements• Sculptures, murals, gateway features• Painted murals, lighting installations• Interactive components• Historic storytelling, indigenous representation, ecological education(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 27,2026.
