Vendor needs to provide EHS compliance audit consulting services to the government authority located in New York.– Provide assurance to the Audit Committee and executive management regarding the organization’s compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures, and widely accepted industry best practices.– Conduct pre–audit consultations to confirm expectations, review background information, including prior audit reports when applicable, identify key risks, and refine audit focus areas.– Participate in scoping meetings to finalize scope and objectives, documentation needs, and logistics.– Prepare detailed audit agendas, including objectives, activities, timing, responsibilities, and documentation requests, no later than four (4) weeks prior to fieldwork.– Submit an engagement proposal at least two (2) weeks prior to the site visit outlining staffing, estimated hours, and travel costs. Submit amended proposals when site–visit durations change.
