(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and historical services for survey and planning projects including the emergency supplemental historic preservation fund for historic properties impacted by natural disasters and the underrepresented communities fund to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.A. History: – At least two years of full–time experience in research, writing, teaching, interpretation, or other demonstrable professional activity with an academic institution, historic organization or agency, museum, or other professional institutionB. Archaeology: – include archaeological survey and/or testing, at least one member of the project team must meet the Secretary of the Interior Professional Qualification Standards for archaeology, consisting of a graduate degree in archaeology, anthropology, or closely related field plusC. Architectural History: – For projects that include architectural survey and/or production of survey reports, preservation plans, management summaries, Preliminary Information Forms, and National Register of Historic Places nominations, at least one member of the project team must meet the Secretary if the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for Architectural History of Historic Architecture.
