Description
The Town of Manchester is seeking bids from qualified, experienced Temporary Employment Agencies for temporary employees to be used in various Town departments during the contract period. The Temporary Employment Agency, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, will provide employees on an "as needed" basis. The hourly rate will include all necessary insurances, Workers Compensation, and Contractor’s overhead and profit. The Town of Manchester is an Equal Opportunity Employer and must be assured by Contractor that they are dedicated to a policy of nondiscrimination in employment on any basis prohibited by law. The Contractor shall provide a copy of their Affirmative Action plan prior to Contract award.
