(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL. • Services shall be performed Monday through Friday.• Regular cleaning hours shall be between 4:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.• Services are not required on observed state holidays unless specifically requested by the system.• All vacuuming must be thorough. all carpet vacuuming in all areas must be performed with a commercial vacuum cleaner with motor driven brush.• The system will furnish feminine napkin dispensers and liners.• Clean and sanitize fixtures including toilets, urinals, hand basins, and high touch areas.• Clean glass and mirrors.• Clean and polish sinks.(2) Pre–bid Walk through will be held on October 19, 2026.
