(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot improvements services to the government authority located in SC.– Provide mobilization, survey and layout, utility locating, protection of existing facilities, site safety, temporary access, traffic control, and maintenance of an ADA–compliant public route throughout construction.– The topographic surveys included in the plans show conditions prior to the ditch on the western edge of the property being piped and filled.– Install and maintain the construction entrance, silt fence, inlet protection, and all temporary and permanent erosion and sediment–control measures; stabilize and restore all disturbed areas.– Sawcut and mill existing asphalt and remove and legally dispose of pavement, curbing, fencing, signage, vegetation, debris, and other items shown to be removed or affected by the work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
