(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrative services.– Claim Administration:• Workers' compensation, including employers' liability.• Auto liability.• Auto physical damage.– Medical Management:• 24x7 Nurse triage available.• Telephonic case management capabilities available.• Claims will be charged as medical only claims.– Claim Intake and Set Up Requirements:• Online internet–based reporting available.• Ability to report via email.• Electronic acknowledgement of new claims back to reporting party and county representative.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2026.
