(1) Vendor needs to provide airshow public address system to the government authority located in CA. – Equipment, material, labor, and transportation to and from the air show.– Miscellaneous appurtenant items and relative accommodations necessary to deliver quality sound, sound engineering, and sound performance.– Sound projection ideally suited for music and speech at loud but pleasing volumes.– Speaker system that provides a minimum of 1000 watts of D–Class audio power.– Capacity to place speakers approximately every 100 feet, and approximately 10 feet high, to provide optimal coverage for an approximate crowd fence line 2000 feet, 550 feet back (toward the hangars), with no significant gaps.– Speaker stands shall be sufficiently sturdy to not present a fall hazard under 40 knots sustained winds.– If speaker stands are unable to meet the wind requirement, a method or device shall be employed to use sandbags to ensure protection against fall hazards.– Wireless speakers shall be used in areas where cables or cable trays would impede foot traffic to maintain handicap accessibility to all areas open to visitors.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
