(1) Vendor needs to provide uncrewed systems, operations and management software, professional services, and managed services.– Includes ground–based uncrewed (unmanned) systems and related technologies, equipment, software, accessories, training, and support that enable public agencies to conduct ground, land–based, facility, tactical, inspection, security, mobility, and other mission operations now and as future ground robotics capabilities evolve– Ground–based uncrewed (unmanned) platforms and emerging robotic system types, configurations, and deployment models;– Mission payloads, sensors, mobility systems, manipulators, communications, autonomy, control, power, charging, docking, and operational support technologies;– Platform–specific software, integrations, accessories, training, maintenance, technical support, and lifecycle services;– Public safety, inspection, security, tactical, emergency response, facility, infrastructure, logistics, mobility, and other agency mission applications– Platform–specific software, integrations, accessories, training, maintenance, technical support, and lifecycle services– Counter–UAS detection, tracking, identification, classification, alerting, and situational awareness technologies– Data capture, processing, analytics, visualization, mapping, modeling, artificial intelligence, automation, and decision–support solutions.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on September 24, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(4) Vendor have to registered on Issuing Authority website in order to download unwatermarked RFP.
