The City is now accepting proposals from firms with demonstrated experience in engineering and construction of street, sidewalk, water, and stormwater infrastructure for construction of complete streets, sidewalk, water lines and stormwater facilities for the Willow-Yucca Street Local Improvement District. The City estimates this project will occur in accordance with the timeline specified in the scope of work. Proposals will be evaluated in two phases: phase 1 will be engineering and design, and phase 2 will be construction.
