(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid administrative claims, cost allocations plan and indirect cost rate proposal service.– Provide services including, but not limited to, preparing data for agency invoice submissions; supporting the review and maintenance of the public assistance cost allocation plan; developing indirect cost rate proposals; reviewing other possibilities for eligible Medicaid matching and federal reimbursement; and training Agency staff regarding agency processes, rules, regulations, and related cost allocation and indirect cost requirements, as necessary.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
