Description

that The Metropolitan District (MDC) is inviting qualified SBE companies to submit bids on Contract Number 2026B-43 for Furnish and Deliver Topsoil, Crushed Stone, and Road Salt, as specified in this solicitation. SBE firms and/or businesses that are certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and/or (b) certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and maintaining its primary office or location in Connecticut. Sealed bids will be received by the MDC no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time on October 9, 2026 at the Office of the District Clerk, as specified below. Potential bidders must register on the MDC’s ProcureWare Site and download the solicitation at https://mdc.procureware.com/home
