– Vendor needs to provide professional environmental engineering consultant services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX. – Identify all pollutant sources, including sources of sediment that may affect the quality of storm water discharges associated with construction activity (storm water discharges) from the construction site. – Construction quality assurance testing and monitoring, including daily field reports and quality assurance test results.– Site investigations may include soil, surface water, and ground water investigations to determine the presence and the extent of contamination.– Construction management, including construction completion reports.– Preparation of site–specific construction plans and specifications for site remediation.– Drainage and Storm water systems.– Conduct groundwater sampling and well tests.– Prepare periodic and final construction reports.– Identify non–storm water discharges.
