Smart IT Tools Holder Pro Software

THIS IS NOT A BID. The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology intends to enter into an agreement with SMART IT Tools, LLC for the one-time purchase of the Holder Pro Software source code, plus a one-year subscription to the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators Eyeball Report Generator. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later September 22, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (ET). If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from the single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid Systems, notice of its intended decision to enter into agreement with said vendor pursuant to section 120.57 (3) F.S.
