(1) Vendor needs to provide critical areas ordinance periodic update service to the government authority located in Montesano, WA. – Qualified multidisciplinary consultants to assist agency in updating and adopting its critical areas ordinance as a part of a periodic update. • Project management plan: Detailed overview of how the proposer will manage all aspects of the project, and coordination with the agency on other related tasks and deliverables.• Review existing critical areas ordinance: Review existing goals and policies to ensure consistency with other elements of the agency comprehensive plan.• Review and update existing development regulations, policies and codes: Review existing development regulations to determine necessary updates to ensure consistency with the periodic update requirements of the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
