Description
Washington County, Oregon is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assess the opportunities and challenges to transform the County’s Human Resources operating model from a reactive and transactional to strategic services. This will include operational areas of employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, employee benefits and leave administration, learning and development, HR business systems, and overall service delivery. All aspects of Human Resources work must have a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, including classification and compensation systems, EEO and Affirmative Action, disparate impact assessments, ADA accommodations and compliance, discrimination, harassment and retaliation prevention, and workforce development.
