(1) Vendor needs to provide direct marketing and membership campaign management services. – Provide direct marketing and membership campaign management services in support of membership acquisition, member retention, member reactivation, membership upgrades, donor acquisition, fundraising initiatives, constituent engagement, alumni outreach, public engagement activities, and related marketing objectives.– Provide integrated membership and donor engagement services that support membership growth, retention, upgrades, and fundraising initiatives.– Provide direct response marketing expertise, campaign development and execution, audience targeting, creative services, analytics, and production management to maximize membership and donor revenue.– Strengthen donor engagement, fundraising outcomes, and constituent relationships through integrated marketing and campaign management services.– Creative Development and Content Services:• Creative strategy.• Content development.• Program–specific marketing support.– Program Management and Strategic Consulting Services:• Account management.• Strategic planning.– Membership Acquisition and Donor Acquisition Services:• Acquisition strategy development.• Campaign development and execution.• Campaign optimization.• Audience development.– Membership Renewal Services:• Renewal strategy.• Renewal campaign management.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
