(1) Vendor needs to provide excelsior broadband network fiber construction and network maintenance services to the government authority located in New York. • Installation of approximately 196.55 miles of 864 and 1728–count all dielectric fiber optic cable along these segments of the network.• Installation will utilize an existing spare conduit, a combination of new and existing handholes, and existing regeneration buildings(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
