(1) Vendor needs to provide farm retail outlet visibility and access marketing campaign services.– Develop a District–wide marketing campaign to support farmers’ markets, farm stands, and mobile markets collectively farm retail outlets through the farm retail outlet visibility and access expansion initiative.– Project shall include the development and implementation of an advertising campaign to promote farm retail outlets.– Design a citywide advertising campaign utilizing mass transit and digital advertising channels by September 2026, emphasizing neighborhoods in low food access areas.– Design a Resource Hub on the website for residents and community and clinical organizations by September 2026 that includes information such as: training and professional development resources for clinicians.– Design webpages to enhance the website including proficiency in accessibility compliance, Figma Sites design mocking tool, and ability to collaborate with development team to implement designs. Proficiency in the Drupal program.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
