SCREENING-2648 - USA (Fremont, California) - Pre-Employment Physical Screening and Administrative Services - Deadline July 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment physical screening and administrative services to the government authority located in Fremont, CA. – Provide comprehensive pre–employment physical screening examinations and related administrative services.– Implement secure, compliant practices for maintaining medical records, transmitting exam results, and safeguarding candidate information.– Require background checks for any contractor personnel with access city systems.– Provide the city with written information, based on the preemployment screening examination results and information gathered, that evaluates the suitability of each prospective employee for employment with the city.– Request a more in–depth physical examination for individuals seeking employment in specific titles such as entrance–level police officer and firefighter.– Perform the examinations and provide the required reports and forms within 7 business days, unless the city grants an extension for cause.– Provide notification to the city’s designated representative when delays are anticipated.– Provide medical clearance or disqualification determinations within seven business days following completion of all required examination components and receipt of supporting documentation.– In–house personnel and resources to complete a maximum of twenty preemployment physical screening examinations for entrance–level police officer and firefighter on an as–needed basis in a fourteen–day period, while also being available to complete examinations as needed by the city.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
