(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and classification study services to the government authority located in Virgin Islands.– Conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study and to assist in the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all positions across the Authority, which has approximately 50 employees– Consultant will review current classification and compensation plans and analyze existing job functions.– Ensure that positions performing similar work with comparable complexity, responsibility, knowledge, skills, and abilities are classified together.– Establish fair and justifiable pay differentials between job classes.– Classification study – Compensation study(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
