(1) Vendor needs to provide peer–to–peer support services for families with young children (0–5) to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.– A comprehensive statewide system of services aimed at improving the health and well–being of state women, children, and families. – Provide mentorship, encouragement, and practical guidance to families navigating challenges that may affect family stability and child well–being.– Expand access to peer–to–peer support services for families with young children across.– Strengthen family stability and protective factors through mentorship,– Connection, and peer–led support.– Provide peer support to families impacted by substance use and involved with child welfare services including families experiencing either circumstance or both.– Develop and strengthen a coordinated statewide network of peer support providers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
