CSE-24297 - USA (Irmo, South Carolina) - Event Security Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide event security services to the government authority located in Irmo, SC.– Provider to furnish event security services for District athletic events, special events, and other District functions. – Actual number of contractors event staff needed will vary depending on event.– Services may include, but are not limited to event security personnel, admission control, metal detection screening and entry–point security, crowd management and monitoring, access control and facility security, parking and traffic control, other related security services as required– Football Games: Approximately 15 events– Basketball Games: Approximately 30 events– Other District Events, Ceremonies, Performances, Meetings, and Special Functions: Varies annually(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
