(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance needs assessment development, analysis and project management service to the government authority located in California.– Work closely with agency program staff to execute the web–based, quantitative and qualitative National Health Center Technical Assistance (TA) Needs Assessment distributed to all funded organizations in the Health Center Program and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) Look–Alike (LAL) entities (over 1500 organizations), with a goal of reaching a 35% health center organizational response rate.– Includes collaborating with 2 other National Technical Assistance Program (NTAP) awardees, Primary Care Associations (PCAs), and other partners, including federal officials(2) The contract period will be for one year.
