(1) Vendor needs to provide merchant card processing services to the government authority located in Georgetown, TX.– To maximize efficiencies and improve customer service by providing a method for processing credit/debit card payments by citizens,– Services must include point–of–sale transactions, phone and internet transactions, automatic credit card transactions, and electronic check payment conversion that integrates with the city ERP system and other installed software.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 29,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(4) A contract term will be for one year.
