(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security guard services to the government authority located in Glendale, CA. • Required daily central, casa, and pacific park libraries and for special events at brand library and art center. • Duties will include review and enforcement of the interior and exterior rules of behavior at facilities; warning and escorting off the property patrons who repeatedly violate the rules, patrolling the entire interior and exterior of library facilities on a regular basis• Monitor restrooms as feasible and assist custodial staff when they need to close a restroom for cleaning.• Monitor library parking lots and maintain order when drivers are not adhering to proper use of the lot.• Observe doors, gates, and entrances/exists to ensure they are properly secured.• Monitor entrances and galleries.
