(1) Vendor needs to provide human resource consulting services to the government authority located in NM.– Provide professional HR consulting services at the direction.– HR policy and procedure review: review, evaluate, and provide recommendations regarding agency personnel policies, procedures, and related employment practices. assist with drafting, revising, and updating policies and procedures as requested.– Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations: Provide consultation and, when requested, conduct or assist with workplace investigations, employee relations matters, and other sensitive personnel issues.– Provide objective findings, recommendations, and related documentation as appropriate.– Recruitment and Selection Assistance: Assist with recruitment planning, position requirements, job descriptions, candidate evaluation processes, interview preparation, and other recruitment–related activities.– Organizational and Classification Support: Provide consultation and recommendations regarding organizational structure, reporting relationships, staffing needs, position descriptions, job duties, classifications, compensation, and related personnel matters.– Employee and Supervisor Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to employees and supervisors regarding workplace expectations, communication, performance management, employee relations, and other HR–related matters.– Training and Professional Development: Develop or deliver HR–related training and educational sessions for supervisors, managers, and employees, including training related to workplace conduct, performance management, employee relations, and applicable employment practices.– HR Compliance and Advisory Services: Provide general HR guidance and recommendations regarding applicable employment laws, regulations, and recognized HR practices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
