(1) Vendor needs to provide bridge replacement and floodwalls construction engineering and inspection services to the government authority located in Cedar Rapids, IA.– Provide construction engineering and inspection services during construction.– The new bridge will be a two–span 710–foot cable stayed bridge with one center pier/tower support rising 178 feet above the bridge deck.– The bridge deck will be concrete with steel beams.– There will be four lanes with 14–foot pedestrian paths on both sides.– Approaches and intersection reconstruction (including new traffic signals on East and West sides of the river), as well as roadway and bridge lighting will be included.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
