CSE-24660 - USA (Dyess, Texas) - Security Cameras Supplies - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security cameras supplies to the government authority located in Dyess, TX. – The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install a complete and fully functional IP–based security camera system.– The contractor shall install, program, and test all equipment to ensure a 100% functional system. The work includes mounting all cameras, installing all head–end equipment (NVR, switch, UPS), running and terminating all associated cabling, and configuring the system to meet the requirements.– A total of eight (8) new, exterior–rated security cameras. The final composition of camera types (e.g., bullet, turret, PTZ) shall be determined based on providing optimal coverage for the designated areas.– Resolution: 4MP minimum.– One (1) rack–mountable NVR with a minimum of 16 channels to allow for future expansion.– Compression: Must support H.265 or better compression technology.– One (1) patch panel for network cable termination.– System must be capable of wireless video transmission from each camera location back to building 9153 Room 115 (Munitions Control)– System must be capable of utilizing existing power infrastructure to match existing cameras being replaced where applicable.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
