King County Information Technology (KCIT, King County), is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, scalable Workforce Management Solution that enhances operational efficiency, supports strategic workforce planning, and delivers real-time insights to optimize staffing, scheduling, and labor compliance for the initial two (2) separate participating County agencies, King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) and King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks (DNRP) Solid Waste Division (SWD) with the flexibility to scale countywide to other interested agencies on an as-requested basis in future phases/instances.
