(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting, statutory compliance, tax, and corporate secretarial services to the government authority located in Tennessee. – Serve as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) across all service areas, providing both execution and advisory support on tax, compliance, and regulatory matters, without reliance on separate third–party advisors for standard business operations.– Corporate Secretarial or Entity Management Services:• Maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records.• Provision of registered office and local representative services where required.• Preparation and filing of required corporate filings.– Accounting and Financial Reporting Services:• Support for local statutory accounting and statutory reporting, including preparation of statutory adjustments, reconciliations between local statutory accounting requirements.• Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with local regulations.• Reconciliation between local statutory accounting requirements.• Services must be structured to support low to moderate transaction volumes and relatively straightforward accounting structures typical of administrative entities.– Tax Compliance Services:• Preparation and filing of indirect tax returns.• Management of routine tax correspondence with local authorities.• Monitoring of applicable tax obligations and deadlines.• Support for payroll–related tax compliance and registrations.– Regulatory and Statutory Compliance:• Preparation and submission of required statutory filings.• Development, maintenance, and periodic update of a jurisdiction–specific compliance calendar identifying all recurring statutory, tax, corporate, and regulatory deadlines, together with ownership of each filing or compliance activity, including expected due dates and required client inputs.– Advisory and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Support:• Provision of ongoing guidance related to accounting, tax, and compliance matters.• Interpretation of regulatory requirements as they apply to the regional hubs’ operational model.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
