ACCT-27040 - USA (California) - Benefits Assessment and Special Parcel Tax Administrative Services - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits assessment and special parcel tax administrative services to the government authority located in California.– Provide agency with assessment/special tax engineering services to administer agency benefit assessment districts and safe, clean water and natural flood protection special taxing district– Consultant will collect available data from the county assessor’s office and agency staff that is pertinent to the annual administration of the financing districts, including assessor parcel characteristics (ensuing year’s closed secured property tax roll), assessor maps and prior years database information in electronic format– Develop the Ensuing Year’s Financing District’s Databases– Information may include, but not be limited to property owner name, mailing address, situs address, use code, acreage, units, and other pertinent attributes that are needed to calculate the assessments/special taxes– Listing of Parcel Changes and New Parcels(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
