MRB-56810 - USA (Rio Rancho, New Mexico) - Opioid Settlement Funding Consultant Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide opioid settlement funding consultant service to the government authority located in Rio Rancho, NM. – Develop a comprehensive Opioid Settlement Strategic Plan governing the expenditure of funds the agency continues to receive from the settlement of government–led litigation against companies whose actions contributed to the opioid overdose crisis.– The purpose of this engagement is to ensure responsible stewardship of Opioid Settlement Funds, avoid duplication of services and initiatives, promote meaningful community and stakeholder engagement, and establish transparent and publicly accountable processes for the management and disbursement of funds.– The Strategic Plan will provide a framework for targeted and equitable investments to address opioid–related harm within the community and identify vendors and service providers.– Landscape Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement Plan and Summary report Timeframe.– Local economic, environmental and social factors impacting the root causes of opioid addiction and overdose in the local population– Development of Opioid Settlement Strategic Plan– The consultant shall develop a comprehensive Opioid Settlement Strategic Plan that incorporates findings from the landscape analysis, stakeholder engagement process, to identify agency and County overdose prevention priorities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.
