(1) Vendor needs to provide work order multidisciplinary engineering services including project management, program management, multidisciplinary engineering, planning, assessment, field engineering, analysis, alternatives development, predesign, design development, final design, services during construction, field services (start–up or commissioning), and construction as–built services for maintenance, improvement, modification, and repair of County landfill systems and facilities to the government authority located in King, WA.• Landfill gas collection, conveyance, and control systems, including flares, blowers, headers and piping, Dual Phase Wells (DPW), and other landfill gas, treatment, destruction, or gas emission remediation systems.• Wastewater collection, conveyance, monitoring, and control systems, including pump and lift stations, drainage ditches, settling basins, aeration ponds, control valves and structures, piping, wet wells, and other relevant appurtenances.• Leachate and condensate treatment and/or pretreatment systems, including sampling and analysis of complex matrices for a wide variety of potential contaminants of concern.• Surface water collection and conveyance systems, including drainage ditches, bioswales, open drainage channels, clarifiers, polishing ponds, detention ponds, retention ponds, closed pipe systems, and other surface and/or stormwater system infrastructure.• Data Management Modeling and/or GIS Mapping, including GIS support and special data management, environmental data validation and management system setup or evaluation, and gas/leachate modeling tools or calibration support
