ESTATE-11988 - USA (Bryan, Texas) - Easement and Land Acquisition Services - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide easement and land acquisition services to the government authority located in Bryan, TX.• This project involves providing services including, but not necessarily limited to the acquisitions of land, rights of way, easement, real estate appraisal (friendly and through condemnation), etc.• Initiate meetings with property owners to request donation or sale of property needed for right–of–way, or easements, and discuss the merits and benefits of the project with owners.• Order title commitment policies and cure exceptions (subordination of liens, heirship affidavits, property line disputes and other title defect matters set out in the title report) before closing. Title reports will be ordered by the firm and paid for by the agency.– Copies of the title reports, and other documents, will be delivered to the agency.• Conduct subsequent meetings with property owners to discuss donations or sale of property and negotiate a final settlement.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
