RFP 22-03 Helicopter 3 Equipment Upgrade and Mission Retrofit

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (Metro Fire or the District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (Proposers or Contractors) to complete equipment upgrades and mission retrofits to Metro Fire Copter 3, Bell UH-1H helicopter – tail number N115FD (Services). The intent of these modifications is to ensure the standardization of equipment across all District aircraft, thus providing an overall aircraft configuration that matches the mission needs of the District and improving safety. The proposed upgrades will also provide the District’s Air Operation’s crew with the ability to control and monitor aircraft functions and systems. Required Services will primarily be performed at the Proposer’s facility. To be eligible to submit a proposal, Proposers shall be a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 Repair Station . The awarded Proposer shall provide the requested Services in accordance with the requirements specified in this RFP.
