(1) Vendor needs to provide ultrasonic atomization platform for use in advanced manufacturing research and education to the government authority located in Louisiana.– Shall have an adjustable molten–metal vacuum chamber.– Shall be able to be integrated with any well–used gas.– Shall have a roller vacuum base heater tube in a standard vacuum equipped and automatic gas supply.– The plasma heat source shall provide a concentrated, controllable arc suitable for processing significantly alloyed or compatible with ultrasonic wire feeding.– The system shall provide arc melting, ultrasonic atomization, and surface coating.– Shall be equipped with an overpressure and vacuum sensor.
