(1) Vendor needs to provide data governance modernisation solutions. – Provide solutions that align with modular Cloud Data Platform architecture, minimise duplication, reduce vendor concentration risk, and empower agency to be able to evolve independently over time.– The target solution must also deliver a business–friendly experience not just technical functionality by making search and discovery intuitive for non–technical users, reducing manual effort (particularly for glossary maintenance), and enabling business–led data quality management with minimal reliance on specialist resources.• Data governance capability for Snowflake–held data;• Catalogue, glossary, semantic context, ownership, stewardship, quality visibility, lineage and impact analysis;• Implementation of a first business domain, expected to be Asset Management;• Integration with Snowflake and relevant downstream consumption layers;• Transition support and knowledge transfer.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
