MB-10518 - USA (New Jersey) - Third Party Workers Compensation Claims Administration Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party workers compensation claims administration services.– Third party claims administration services for worker’s compensation aspects of City’s insurance programs under the Director of the City Insurance Fund Commission as assigned.–Third Party Claims Administrators will have a close working relationship with the Insurance Commission and the City Finance and Law Departments. – The Third Party Claims Administrator will be required to perform, as applicable, but not limited to, the following services:• Actuary must have the demonstrated ability to perform actuarial functions for a self–insuredliability program.• Actuary must be available to provide proof of Errors & Omissions Insurance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
