(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment psychological examinations services to the government authority located in Jersey, NJ.– Processed approximately thirty–two pre–employment evaluations.– Pre–employment psychological evaluation of perspective county employees, including sheriff officers, sheriff investigators, corrections officers, prosecutor investigators.– Provide expert testimony in any legal proceedings resulting from the evaluation performed by the provider.– Conduct a comprehensive battery of tests to be used in the post–conditional offer pre–employment psychological assessment.– Responsible for providing all test booklets, answer sheets, examiner instructions, taped and written instructions and other materials as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
