CSE-23847 - USA (Fayetteville, North Carolina) - Photo Citation Program Service - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide photo citation program service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, NC.– Turnkey Automated Red–Light Camera Enforcement Program to enhance public safety and reduce traffic–related injuries and fatalities. The Program will utilize automated camera technology to monitor, detect, and document red–light violations at selected intersections, with supporting systems for citation processing in compliance with all applicable laws.– The selected Proposer will be responsible for furnishing, installing, implementing, operating, and maintaining the complete system, including back–office services necessary to support end–to–end citation processing. This includes image and video review, access to motor vehicle registration data, quality control, notice issuance, payment processing, adjudication support.– The violation processing system shall provide the following functions:1. Web–enable access and operations2. Secure user log–in access3. Automatic presentation of images and data captured by the camera system onto reviewer’s PC(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
