Vendor needs to provide AI Infrastructure and ICT equipment supplies. – Organization seeks to establish a secure and scalable ICT infrastructure capable of supporting artificial intelligence (AI)–enabled maritime intelligence applications, operational databases, resilient storage systems, and high–performance network connectivity.– The proposed procurement constitutes a new infrastructure acquisition and does not involve the modification, upgrade, or replacement of existing systems.– The supplier shall additionally provide: • Delivery of all equipment to the designated site • Rack installation and integration of supplied equipment • Initial system configuration and commissioning • Network configuration and connectivity testing • Functional testing and user acceptance testing • Asset inventory including serial numbers • Manufacturer warranty certificates • Technical documentation and operating manuals
