(1) Vendor needs to provide point of sale, school meal application collection and reporting system.– The system must integrate with the agency's current Student Information System, Infinite Campus, as well as Oracle Cloud. The integration must support standard data exchange methods, specifying whether the software utilizes OneRoster, Clever, SFTP or other API integrations. – The system must provide validation reports identifying missing, conflicting, duplicate, or invalid data prior to submission or export. The system must identify discrepancies between the FRL system and Infinite Campus and provide tools to resolve those discrepancies.– The platform must accurately capture and report the trailing 5 years of FRL eligibility per student.– High–Volume Data Processing: Upload, remove duplicates and process 40,000+ student records per batch. Run matching systematically as needed throughout the year.– Point Of Sale (POS) System:• User defi ned reporting for account/meal activity.• Meal account balances report using a variety of fi lters including but not limited to individual, site, grade, balance type, and summary of all.• Daily meals served report for each site (school, program or department) by eligibility, date, and by meal type, breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner (Edit check).• Associated meals report showing meals served by a single site with all patron data.• Daily cash drawer reconciliation reports using a variety of fi lters including but not limited to date, date range, site, POS, and cashier.• Cash reconciliation summary by site showing daily sales, closing amounts, deposits and over/short amounts.– Data Interoperability: The proposal should detail how the software will integrate with the district's existing systems, especially the Student Information System (SIS) and Oracle Cloud (ERP). Specify the data exchange standards the software supports (e.g., OneRoster, Clever, SFTP, API). This plan should include a timeline, a description of the data migration process, and a strategy for data validation and cleanup.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.
