(1) Vendor needs to provide education abroad management system. – Education abroad management system, including software licensing, implementation services, system configuration, data migration, integration services, testing, training, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support. – Provide, implement, configure, integrate, train, and support a comprehensive education abroad management system.– Solution shall serve as the central system of record for education abroad and away activities, supporting the full lifecycle of student engagement, advising, application management, program administration, travel registration, risk management, communications, reporting, and operational workflows. – Support migration of historical records, participant data, program information, and related documents.– Utilizes a highly customized system and seeks a solution that modernizes operations while preserving key business capabilities.– Cloud–hosted Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) platform.– Administrative tools for configuration and management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
