PAINTING-2478 - USA (Plano, Texas) - Painting Services - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide painting services include interior and exterior painting of city buildings to the government authority located in Plano, TX.– The Facilities Maintenance Department will contact a painting contractor on an as needed basis to assist the maintenances staff with minor building renovations and additions which may include, tape, bed, texture and paint of interior walls and ceilings and repair or replacement of wall coverings. All work must meet building codes as required by the City of Plano Building Inspection Department.– Must use concrete paint and sealer on concrete floors– Must use concrete patch to repair concrete walls, blocks, and floors.– Paints and coatings must meet or exceed the agency and chemical component limits– Floor coating projects will have specifications provided by Facilities. Must be scheduled appropriately with the City to minimize operational impacts and building usage.– Partial finishing: Omit third coat and sanding on concealed drywall work, which requires finishing to achieve fire–resistance rating, sound rating, or to act as air or smoke barrier(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
