(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based wellness scheduling software.• Provide a hosted Rides for Wellness scheduling software, preferably completely web based.• Third party software applications currently in use will utilize a variety of database management systems including SQL.• Provide a vendor hosted Rides for Wellness scheduling software, preferably completely web based• System allows for building and defining custom roles• Ease–of–use of the system for the end user.• Ability to apply branding (e.g. logo, fonts, colors, etc.) to look and feel of the system• System can log every reservation transaction• Provide turn–by–turn GPS direction assistance.• Verifies that the client was provided a ride and retains the ride data for historical and donation purposes• Ability to review traffic conditions for the next destination in real time• Ability to log every pick–up and delivery.• Ability to schedule reminder calls, multiple daily reminder calls, and the ability to call the rider close to their pickup time.• Ability to use Internet–based calling in addition to land–based phone calls/lines.• Provide real time monitoring of driver performance.• Ability to assign rides according to location while scheduling a ride.• Ability to schedule riders into vehicles on demand rather than fixed routes.• Provide a free text note field in the system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Sep 30, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on Sep 23, 2026.
